WINTER MINIS FAQ
Winter weather is unpredictable - what happens if it SNOWS?
A.First, please note - I do not reschedule for clouds, moody skies, or manageable winds. Clouds add beautiful dimension to skies and wind can add emotion and drama - embrace it!
Second, please remember that weather is out of my control.
I will reschedule for HEAVY SNOW and EXTREME wind. I will have a backup date for the outdoor session just in case, but if it snows lightly - we will make MAGIC.
Please note - no refunds are given for minis, but credits are given towards a future session.
What if I want to include more than 5 or 6 people at my session?
A.You can book 2 time slots if they are available back-to-back! Otherwise, only 6 people max per session (5 for PJ Minis), and you are always welcome to email me to book a full session experience on a different date and time: caseythomasphotography@gmail.com
What happens after our mini?
A.Each mini session will be edited and delivered within 14 days after our session date. At that time, you will select your favorite images (each session offers a select amount of images included). If you LOVE additional images, you can purchase more at $15/image, or also upgrade to all images for a flat fee of $125 + tax.
What should we wear?
A.You will be sent styling ideas in your confirmation email immediately following booking! Wardrobe plays such a big part into how your photos look - please read through the details and know I am always here to help you plan!
